Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround times are 10 to 15 business days + delivery, depending on the complexity of your order and the availability of blanks from our suppliers. Turn around time starts once the deposit payment has been made, we have all information needed to complete your order (correct files, shipping info, etc.) and templates have been approved by you and us.
Delivery
We usually use TNT and UPS but also the French Post. Depending on the chosen shipping method, shipping takes 2 to 5 business days. We can also work with the carrier of your choice.
Payments
We accept payments credit card, check (if issued by a French Bank), bank transfer and Paypal. A deposit of 50% is required before we start production and the remaining 50% before shipping. Other conditions may apply.
