Whats is screen printing?
Screen printing is the process of printing an image on a substrate by pressing ink through a stencil (screen). A multicolor screen printing press allows to print several colors.
What is the standard maximum printing size?
Standard maximum printing size is 13″x17″. We can also print bigger areas.
What files do you need?
Please follow our guidelines when providing files for printing:
- vector format (AI, EPS or PDF) or other formats with a resolution of 300 DPI (PSD or TIF preferred)
- texts and strokes should be converted to outlines.
- artworks sized at 100%.

Do you charge setup fees?
No. We don’t charge any setpup fees (film fees, screen fees, etc.) unless you are ordering less than 100 pieces per style, where we charge a single fee of 15€ per color. For any quantity equal or greater than 100 pieces, no setup fees are charged. Find more information on the Pricing page.
I want to print on an item not listed on your site, how to do?
We only list a selection of our most popular references to make it easier for you to make a choice. If you are looking for a specific reference, don’t hesitate to ask us as our blanks suppliers supply a huge range of brands.
What are the turnaround times?
Standard turnaround times are 10 to 15 business days + shipping. They depend on the complexity of your order and blanks availability.
Turnaround time starts when we have all information to complete your order (files and approval) and the deposit has been made.
If you have a must-have date, please mention this before ordering.
Any circumstances out of our responsibility (natural disaster, errors from a blanks supplier, etc.) may increase turnaround times.
What is the minimum order size?
Minimum order size is 12 pieces per style. We recommend ordering at least 50 pieces or more per style to take advantage from our attractive prices.
Can I mix quantities to reach the next price break?
You can’t mix and match garments and ink colors. The quantity to be taken into account is the number of pieces per style and per garment color. So printing the same image on different garment colors will be considered as separate styles, although a discount may apply. You can mix sizes (S, M, L, XL, etc.) as you wish!
What are your payment terms?
We accept payment by credit cards, check (if issued by a French bank), bank transfer and Paypal.
A deposit of 50% (shipping included) is due to launch an order. The balance of 50% is due before the order is shipped.
